We have an exclusive event for BDR talent on Tuesday, October 14th from 5:30 - 7:30 pm ET. We look forward to hosting hiring managers and matching them with candidates who are on the hunt for BDR & SDR roles.
For this live event, we are looking for 10 hiring managers or recruiting specialists with at least one open fully remote roles that you are looking to fill by the end of the year. These representatives will host breakout rooms and share information about their company and the open role for their organization.
Ascender will share resources on how to prepare for your breakout rooms ahead of the event that will help you lead the 20 minutes you’ll be in each breakout room.
We will also cover how to contact us with any technical support during the session. These resources will be shared with you via email.
We will start with a welcome message and then move into breakout rooms. Each breakout room will have up to 10 candidates in it. You will be moved from room to room, meeting with 5 different rooms and up to 50 candidates.
Each room you enter will include 5 minutes for you to chat about your organization, what the role looks like, and what candidates can do to stand out during the interview process. You will then have approximately 15 minutes to answer 1-2 questions from the candidates.
After the breakout sessions end, we will meet in the common room and wrap up before closing the session.
We’ll email you the names, email addresses, and other information that they give us permission to share from the job seekers following the event. You will receive an email with resources on how to follow up with the job seekers who were in your group, as well as the attendees who were in other breakout rooms and what they listed in their registration questionnaire. You will be responsible for reaching out to the parties that fit your interest. You are not obligated to reach out to everyone, though we will encourage all candidates to apply for each open role.
Due to the virtual nature of the event, we encourage those with fully remote roles, at this time. You can still sign up for the event and let us know that your roles are not remote. We will pass these openings along to the candidates.
Even if you are not leading a breakout room, you will be included in all follow-up emails and resources. You will still receive all of the candidate information and be able to access the interested parties that we expect to sign up.
